Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made via storecraftstudio.com and any related services provided by StoreCraft Studio, operated by Finanfi LLC.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all offers, orders and contracts between StoreCraft Studio and its clients, including both business customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C) in the EU, UK and other countries. In case of conflict with mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, those mandatory rules override the conflicting part of these Terms.
2. Services
StoreCraft Studio provides done-for-you Shopify store builds, theme setups, digital implementation services and related consulting. Exact deliverables for each package are defined in the respective product descriptions on this website (for example “Basic Store Build”, “Growth Store Build”, “Scale Store Build” or “Custom Store Build”).
We do not sell physical products via this website. Free PDFs, checklists or informational materials may be provided as part of the service or as lead magnets. These materials are for guidance only and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.
3. Prices & taxes
All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) by default, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout. At the time of publishing these Terms, services are provided with a tax rate of 0% according to the business’s current tax status. If tax rules or registrations change in the future, pricing and invoices may be updated accordingly.
Any currency conversion fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the client.
4. Ordering process & conclusion of contract
By placing an order on this website and clicking the final confirmation button (e.g. “Pay now”), you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected service package under these Terms. The contract is concluded when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email from us.
StoreCraft Studio reserves the right to decline an order, for example if the request is clearly not a fit, technically impossible, or conflicts with our internal policies. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded.
5. Payment terms
All services must be paid in full 100% upfront unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include, depending on your region:
- Credit/debit card via Stripe or Shopify Payments
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (where specifically offered)
Payment is due immediately at checkout. If you choose bank transfer, the project will not start until the payment has been received in full.
6. Project start & client responsibilities
After successful payment you will receive a client checklist and instructions. This checklist collects the information and assets needed to start the project (for example: brand details, products, texts, legal copy, images and other content).
The project only starts once you have provided a complete checklist and all required content. Any timelines mentioned on product pages are indicative and depend on:
- how quickly you provide the requested information and materials, and
- how quickly you respond to feedback or revision rounds.
7. Timelines
Typical implementation timeframes are stated on the relevant product pages and may vary based on project size and complexity. These timeframes are estimates, not strict guarantees.
If you delay feedback or content delivery, StoreCraft Studio is not responsible for any resulting delay in project completion. We will communicate updated timelines where necessary.
8. Revisions & out-of-scope work
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, as stated in the product description. Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope.
Any work that goes beyond the service description (for example: extra pages, new features, additional integrations or major design changes) is considered out of scope and may be offered as a separate paid service. In such cases, we will provide an outline and a quote before you decide.
9. Intellectual property & usage rights
After full payment and delivery of the project, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the implementation (theme settings, layout, configuration and custom sections) for your own business on the specified Shopify store.
StoreCraft Studio retains the right to reuse patterns, structures, ideas and non-identifying code elements created during client projects in other work and products.
Portfolio & case studies
Unless you explicitly object, StoreCraft Studio may use your project as a portfolio example, including your brand name, website URL, screenshots and logo, in:
- our own website and project pages,
- social media posts, and
- presentations and case studies.
If you wish to opt out, you can email us at any time and we will stop using your project in future marketing materials where reasonably possible.
10. Client content & legal responsibility
You are fully responsible for all content you provide, including but not limited to:
- texts, product descriptions and claims,
- images, logos and other media assets,
- pricing, shipping rules and commercial terms,
- legal pages and policies (unless we have specifically agreed to draft them for you).
By providing content, you confirm that you own all necessary rights to use it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws. StoreCraft Studio is not liable for any legal issues arising from client-provided content.
11. No guarantee of results
StoreCraft Studio creates and configures technical and design setups for your Shopify store. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, sales volumes, conversion rates or business outcomes. Performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including your products, pricing, marketing, operations and market conditions.
12. Use of subcontractors
StoreCraft Studio may work with carefully selected subcontractors or freelancers for parts of a project (for example: custom code, design refinements or copy support). StoreCraft Studio remains responsible for overall project management and quality control.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StoreCraft Studio’s liability for contractual and non-contractual claims is limited as follows:
- We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
- In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for foreseeable, typical damage and only if an essential contractual obligation has been breached.
- In any case, total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for the respective service package.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Technical updates & third-party services
Shopify and third-party apps are independent services. Their updates, outages or changes can affect your store’s behaviour. StoreCraft Studio is not responsible for such external changes unless you are on an active maintenance agreement which explicitly covers these tasks.
15. Withdrawal rights for EU/UK consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, for digital services that start before the end of the withdrawal period, the law allows you to explicitly agree that we begin work immediately and that you lose your withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed.
During checkout, you may therefore be asked to confirm that:
- you request the immediate start of the service, and
- you acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once the service is fully performed.
If you do not provide this consent, we will not start working until the end of the withdrawal period or until you give explicit approval. Details are further explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
16. Online dispute resolution (EU)
The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) for consumers: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We prefer to resolve issues directly with you and are not obliged to participate in a formal alternative dispute resolution procedure.
17. Governing law & jurisdiction
Unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise, these Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in such matters.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect legal or business changes. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Updated versions will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
Where technically reasonable, StoreCraft Studio may also place a small “Built by StoreCraft Studio” credit line or link in the footer or imprint of the client’s website. If you do not wish to show this credit, you can request its removal at any time.
